Daddy’s all ready to meet me.
I’m not so excited to be out in the cold…
But at least they have beds.
Poor Mommy can barely see me since she didn’t even have her glasses, but Daddy brought me over to visit.

Then I got to meet my Aunt Kelly
and my Uncle Eric.
But then it was back to cuddling with Mommy and getting wonderful kisses.
Isn’t Mommy pretty when she holds me?
The next day I got to meet Mommy’s Uncle Jim
and her Aunt Linda.
Then I got to do some more sleeping
Mommy and I were both super tired after a long hard day.

Later the family came pack for a longer visit. Grandma got to hold me.
Then Grandpa did.
Grandpa loves his photo being taken with me.
He also apparently is where I got my lizard blood for sticking my tongue out repeatedly
but I love him anyway,
because he’s grandpa.
Then I convinced Daddy to give the camera to someone so I could show the world how great he is.
Then I moved on to grandpa, but he wouldn’t let me pick his nose as much as I tried.
I was happy to be with him though
and got a picture with Mommy and grandpa together.
By the way, if I haven’t mentioned it, I love my thumb.
I also love great grandpa
and was happy to see him.
Then it was almost time for Aunt Kelly to hold me.
but only after grandpa decided he could bare to hand me over.
Aunt Kelly was sweet, she has lots of practice working with babies from daycare.
It was nice to meet her.
I think we’ll get along great.
Grandma was so happy to see me.
I had to reach out and say I love you.
After another long day, Mommy and I were both exhausted again.
Mommy’s best friend Janis stopped by and we got to hang out.
I think I already understand her perfectly.
I started getting really hungry and Mommy started working double time to make enough milk for me.
Soft spoons are a bit different, but I like it as long as it comes from Mommy.
I love looking at her as she feeds me.
I got to meet Aunt Kelly’s boyfriend a bit later.
and spend more time with grandpa
and uncle Eric.
I got to meet Uncle Eric’s girlfriend too.
And spend a bit more time with Aunt Kelly
I think her boyfriend likes me.
Then he offered to take some pictured of Dad’s kung fu grip as he moves me around.
But I wasn’t particularly cooperative
and it wasn’t just because Dad had been too busy for the last few days
but I love him too.
But I still really love sleeping with Mommy
a LOT!!!
I hear this thing will fall off…
as attached to it as I’ve gotten over the last 9 months, I guess it would be weird if I kept it…
Finally I got to meet Uncle Greg.
And Mommy’s cousin’s daughter
She was happy to have someone younger around
and loved hanging out with me.
Then I got to meet Uncle Tim…
he was hesitant at first since he didn’t want to hurt me,
but I think I grew on him…
Then I got to meet Mommy’s cousin Eve.
and got a great picture with Eve and Great Grandma.

I’m Here!!!

I came in to the bright big world today, September 10th, 2014 at 6:14pm.  Mommy tried valiantly for 3 and a half hours to push me out (without even taking any pain med’s), but unfortunately I had just grown to big and strong (8 pounds 4 ounces).  I was delivered by C-section and am loving life with my family.  Mommy and Daddy are both doing well (if a bit… okay, a lot tired).

31 Week Ultrasound

Under 9 weeks until I’m ready to see the world.  I’m kicking and moving up a storm and making it hard for Mommy to sleep.  I’m strong and healthy and 76th percentile weight (at 4 pounds 8 ounces).
